At SRG, we are seeking a highly skilled Reliable Stability Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and quality of our ongoing samples.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing their workload, testing stability samples, and maintaining high standards of laboratory housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test and analyze ongoing stability samples to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer service and stakeholder needs, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
* Develop and implement individual development plans to enhance skills and knowledge, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
* Maintain accurate records, verify data, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, identifying potential hazards and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
* Foster open communication and collaboration with colleagues, providing timely updates and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, leveraging expertise to resolve complex issues.
Requirements

* A degree-level qualification and/or relevant experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chrome Leon, and SAP.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, performance-related bonuses, and generous annual leave entitlement.
