What you’lldo
The Care Coordinator plays akey role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managingcare workers and performing field-based duties. Responsibilitiesinclude assessing and reviewing individual care plans, as well assupervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field.This role requires a valid driver’s license and access to your ownvehicle due to the travelinvolved.

Qualifications
Whatyou’llBring:
Experience &Organisation: You are an efficient, organized Care Coordinatorpassionate about community care. You excel in managing rotas toimpeccable standards and pride yourself on building strongrelationships with care workers.
Stepping Up? Ifyou have previous healthcare experience and a solid understandingof CQC, care plans, and rotas, we're here to support yourtransition into this role.
NVQ level 3 isdesirable
