An experienced Programme Delivery Manager is required to lead and oversee the successful implementation of AI technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Flexibility to travel is a must.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes ideally with AI Technology.
2. Manage multiple interdependent projects within the AI technology portfolio.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and successful integration of AI solutions.
4. Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
5. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the programme lifecycle.
6. Oversee the work of project managers and technical teams.
7. Report on programme progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in AI implementation.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. 7+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 3 years focusing on AI or advanced technology initiatives.
3. Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes on time and within budget.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
6. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management certification.
Desired Skills
1. Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks.
2. Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
3. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
4. Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on AI implementations.

Salary on offer is up to 90K with an immediate start. Office is based in the East Midlands easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, Birmingham and Coventry.
