As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of heating solutions across North London. You will manage an established sales territory, focusing on two key customer channels:
* – Installers (70%) – With a strong focus on acquiring new installer accounts while maintaining and developing existing relationships. The company holds agreements with major energy providers to support this channel.
* – Merchants (30%) – Developing business through national and independent merchants.
This is a field-based role requiring a proactive, relationship-driven individual who thrives on delivering results and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* – Grow territory sales in line with company objectives.
* – Identify, target, and convert new installer accounts.
* – Support and develop relationships with merchant branches and counter staff.
* – Deliver product training and technical support where needed.
* – Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* – Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the region.
The Candidate:
