I have a vacancy for a Health & Safety Advisor / Fit Testing Co-ordinator based on the Saintfield Road, Belfast
£19.10 per hour, plus holiday hours and weekly payment of wages the week following your workign week.
37 1/2 hours each week, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Initially for 6 months with review to extend
CRITERIA TO BE MET
Experience/ Qualifications/ Registration
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) to include English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications or higher standard of education AND 1 year administrative/ clerical experience
OR
NVQ Level II Business & Administration or equivalent and 1 year administrative/ clerical experience
OR
3 years administrative / clerical experience
In addition to one of the above
6 months experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word is also essential.
AND
Experience in developing and effectively managing services/resources across multiple sites.
