IRecruit4 are hiring for a busy Customer Service department in Swindon for a Customer Service Advisor specialising in our clients National Accounts.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
* Working in a busy customer service team, engaging with customers on the phone, via email and webchat.
* Working with Third party customers and developing relationships with key clients for the business.
* Managing key account orders in a timely manner.
* Working with online systems to manage order processing and tracking information.
* Co-Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and understand stock levels.
* Liaising with the Warehouse if there are any dispatch issues.
* Responding to customer enquires promptly.
* Proving key accounts accurate and valid information at all times.
* Undertaking weekly service calls where you will be asked to produce reports and give presentations when required.
Additional Information:
* Excellent knowledge of IT systems- including an understanding of CRM systems and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent ability to analyse data and action accordingly.
* Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* Have strong problem solving skills
* Monday to Friday
* 09.00 - 17.00
* £30,000 Per Annum.
