What You'll Be Doing: Processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring all company policies are met. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ensuring sales order acknowledgements are sent promptly after order entry. Maintaining and updating customer records on CRM systems. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary. What They're Looking For: Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
