Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will be part of our Apps team, which supports numerous high-profile applications and digital services that are critical to our clients. We are seeking a senior developer who is enthusiastic, enjoys solving problems and facing challenges, is hardworking, and thrives in a team environment. Here are your key tasks:
* Provide detailed analysis of system defects as needed.
* Participate in root cause analysis and problem investigations.
* Understand and adhere to quality and security standards and processes relevant to your role.
* Identify and implement service improvements.
* Actively participate in team meetings, scrums, or equivalent activities.
* Interact with key client stakeholders during regular forums, including weekly and ad hoc project calls, to understand current challenges and communicate these with vendors and third parties.
* Ensure the security, data integrity, availability, and performance of supported application environments while identifying, communicating, and reducing risk whenever possible.
* Play a key role in the development of new products for our clients.
