Registered Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a leader, managing the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
3. Oversee the safe recruitment, training and development of staff, ensuring there is sufficient capacity at all times.
4. Take responsibility for all Health and Safety aspects of the business.
5. Produce timely management reports.
6. Promote and maintain a positive culture within the workforce.
7. Build relationships with key local providers.
8. Be the registered Manager for the business.
About You:
1. Have at least 2 years experience as a Care Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
3. Be able to demonstrate the skills required to achieve at least a CQC Good rating, preferably having successfully navigated a CQC inspection.
4. Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
5. Be disciplined and extremely well organized.
6. Hold a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
