While the role is remote-based, candidates can be located anywhere in the South of England, with regular site visits required across the country. Key Responsibilities: Site visits across multiple locations to oversee and assess project requirements. Managing the full cycle of planning applications and building regulations to ensure compliance and smooth project progression. Supporting the preparation of tender packages and assisting with contract administration, with training available for those seeking to develop skills in these areas. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions. Key Requirements: Proven experience in architectural technology, ideally within residential or home adaptation projects. Strong knowledge of building regulations and planning procedures. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen interest in inclusive design and a passion for creating spaces that cater to all abilities. Flexibility to travel regularly for site visits, ensuring hands-on involvement in key project stages.
