We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established independent manufacturer-approved Accident Repair Centre that works with all makes and models of vehicles and light commercials.
This award-winning and highly respected centre within the Industry uses a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology.
Role Requirements & Expectations:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
2. Excellent admin skills with experience of MS Office and basic Excel. Knowledge of basic Sage accounts would be advantageous.
3. Dynamic and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
5. Manage the customer experience including product information, customer complaints, and resolutions.
6. Confident on the phone and using internal management systems.
7. Support with invoicing and debt control.
8. Booking in customers and arranging vehicle collections & returns.
9. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Friday 8.00am – 4.30 pm
Training provided on Autoflow, Excel, and Sage if required.
Full driving license and CV will be required.
