To provide an efficient copy typing and word processing service for GPs and health professionals as required. This includes the typing of letters, reports, patient referrals including Choose and Book and private referrals, in an accurate and quality manner. To make Choose and Book requests for appointments, and bookings as required. To retrieve medical records and assist the completion of medical/insurance records.
To receive incoming and initiate outgoing telephone calls in order to facilitate timely and appropriate communications with consultant secretaries, patient booking services, taking messages and dealing with appropriate queries. Action all Subject Access Requests and medical reports (including DVLA/HGV medicals, insurance/solicitors reports, SR1 Forms, ESA113/UC113/PIP Forms, Fostering/Adoption medicals).
