About the role
We’re looking to recruit a People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture Operations at WWF-UK.
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will provide operational Human Resource Management support and advice to Line Managers. This could involve supporting colleagues across WWF-UK or an allocated set of Departments. You will provide advice and support to Line Managers at all levels on all aspects of people/employment relations, assist with the recruitment process and help colleagues with health and wellbeing issues. You will contribute to the development and delivery of people manager skills training workshops too. You will also assist in developing and reviewing HR policies as well as design and present information sessions for line managers on a range of HR related topics.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Strong generalist HR background and experience of complex HR issues including ER and change management
* Employment Legislation knowledge
* Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel, SharePoint skills
* A commitment to professional development and personal growth in human resources or related subjects, through the CIPD or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is hybrid and you’ll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you’ll hot desk among trees and gardens.
