We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The right individual for this role will work with Holland & Knight’s Partners and their assistants for the purpose of generating monthly client invoices/bills. This position offers the flexibility to work from home. Periodic in-office presence is required for monthly team meetings, events, and training opportunities. The position can be based in the Firm’s operation center in Brandon, FL (Tampa Bay area) or one of the Firm’s practice offices in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Charlotte, Houston, Nashville, Orlando, Philadelphia, Stamford, Tampa, Tysons, or Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Responsible for handling all aspects of the billing process.
2. Exceptional responsiveness to the Firm’s Partners.
3. The ability to work effectively, productively, and quickly in a very detail oriented environment.
4. The ability to use good judgement.
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
6. Working in comfortably in an environment with specific work deadlines.

9. Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
10. 2-5 years of post-college work in a professional environment.
11. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
12. Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
13. Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
14. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum Education:
15. Bachelor’s degree required
16. GPA higher than 3.0 preferred
