Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will be responsible for the robust implementation of our remediation strategies, customer treatments, and processes, ensuring that our operation is able to effectively and consistently deliver appropriate outcomes. Working as part of the Retail team our ideal team member will have previous experience in ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively, receiving consistent outcomes, regardless of the channel or team they are engaging with, with excellent Incident management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Assess and input to remediation strategies which align to organisational goals and address customer harms. Understand the outcomes of regulatory, compliance and business reviews to determine potential impact on our delivery strategies and operational processes. Support the management of the end-to-end delivery of remediation projects internally and through third-party providers. Work with third party providers to ensure hand-offs and handovers are clearly understood and documented, enabling end-to-end management of the customer relationship. Deliver comprehensive processes and solutions that deliver for our customers. Ensure we embed Consumer Duty throughout our delivery activity Engage with Risk and Compliance colleagues, using their expertise to inform future delivery. Identify, assess, and manage risks, identifying controls to mitigate potential impact. Understand and Implement customer treatment and business rules. Translate customer treatments into robust operational processes. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: Rectification/redress/remediation design & delivery experience within Financial Services. Third party management experience Knowledge of financial services regulatory agenda. Experience in designing best in class customer-driven processes and operational strategies. Experience in supporting complaints and/ or remediation operations teams. Strong stakeholder management (internally and externally). Control by design and risk mitigation strategies. IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE: Agile methodology. Data infrastructure and associated risks knowledge. Knowledge of the Motor Finance industry.
