As an IFA Administrator, you'll support their Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners. Your key responsibilities include: Welcoming and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone. Managing client information and ensuring data accuracy. Preparing review packs and client letters. Coordinating with providers to gather necessary information. Adhering to best practices and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
