The Company:

They are members of all the key procurement Frameworks from which they secure a significant proportion of their turnover and have good historical relationships with private sector clients, allowing them to negotiate rather than use single-stage tendering to secure work.
They have been responsible for constructing a number of high-profile, iconic buildings in the North West and are in a great position to continue their growth as they’re already ahead of their 2024-5 turnover target and have a significant proportion of 2025-6 secured.
They are one of the best-run contractors in the UK, consistently making higher than industry average profit. They are cash-rich, which means that clients naturally want to work with them as they are financially secure. They have an excellent supply chain whom they pay promptly and treat with respect, and staff turnover is very low as people enjoy working there.
