* Emergency Procedures: Perform life-saving procedures and manage critical conditions (e.g., cardiac arrests).
* Supervision & Teaching: Supervise junior staff, provide guidance, and train healthcare professionals.
* Service Development: Contribute to developing protocols, service improvement, and audits for quality care.
* Communication: Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Risk Management: Participate in clinical governance, manage incidents, and ensure patient safety.
* Out-of-Hours Work: Handle on-call and out-of-hours responsibilities, leading during emergencies.
