Position: Store Manager Designate – Crook, DL15 9HP
Salary: £28,548 per annum

As the Store Manager Designate you will be responsible for the following:-
1. Managing a team including recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff and keeping HR records
2. Ensuring availability of stock, overseeing pricing and efficient stock control
3. Responding to customer queries and complaints whilst ensuring high levels of customer service
4. Controlling wage costs and protecting company assets
5. Maintaining an outstanding store condition ensuring cleanliness, health & safety legislation and visual merchandising standards
