The Opportunity Our global marketing team in London is looking for an ambitious, innovative, and results-driven digital marketer for Hult EF, with a particular focus on our language B2B business. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and Editorial Strategy, and work closely with teams across local marketing, sales, design, content, and operations. You will have a dotted line to the Digital & Content Manager and be a pivotal support to them. Key responsibilities
9. Coordinate our global multi-channel marketing activities, ensuring all teams across the business (local marketing, sales, design, content, operations) are aligned and equipped with the information and assets they need.
10. Prioritize and coordinate design requests coming from our global teams, and create clear design briefs for our Creative team.
11. Manage and execute on the organic social calendar, working closely with the Digital & Content Manager on content pipeline to feed social.
12. Support on the execution of global email marketing campaigns, including copy writing, audience segmentation, data application, and sharing best practice with local marketing managers.
13. Assist the Digital & Content Manager to keep the website content up to date, including the coordination with translators to get high quality translations and UI optimisations done.
14. Set up and optimise online lead generation and brand awareness campaigns on various digital marketing channels, such as LinkedIn Ads.
The skills & experience we look for
15. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
16. You have direct experience with either paid or organic social
17. You have some experience creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns
18. Some experience with web content management systems (CMS) and an understanding of fundamental marketing metrics would be great
19. Understanding of design workflows, processes and how to construct a brief.
20. The power to execute independently while successfully collaborating with your team
21. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English, C1 level.
