Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who are looking for an experienced Waking Nights Support Worker to join their Children’s Residential home based in Normanton.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
My client offers a salary £26,000 - £28,000.
Working 40 hours per week, 4 a 10 hours on a rotational basis.

The main responsibilities of the Waking Nights Support Worker:
· Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
· Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills.
· Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
· Accurate record keeping.

Requirements of the Waking Nights Support Worker:
· Recent experience of working in a children’s residential setting.
· Relevant professional qualifications or willing to work towards (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
· Hold a valid driving licence.
· Have a flexible, Can-Do approach.
