Your Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and creating an outstanding first impression for our Business Centre. Your dedication to client service and attention to detail will help enhance our reputation and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Reception & Security Management
1. Open and close the centre, ensuring a welcoming environment.
2. Maintain the reception area to reflect our professional standards.
3. Greet clients warmly, manage sign-in procedures, and ensure visitor notifications are timely.
4. Control access via Paxton management, issuing keys and fobs as needed.
· Conference & Meeting Rooms
1. Manage bookings and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
2. Set up meeting rooms to the highest standards and arrange catering as requested.
· Postal & Courier Services
1. Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
2. Organise courier deliveries for clients, ensuring accurate records are kept.
· Housekeeping & Maintenance
1. Conduct regular checks of communal areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are maintained.
· Client Services
1. Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Prepare and maintain client files, building professional relationships.
3. Address client inquiries promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
4. Provide secretarial and administrative support when required.
· Administration & Daily Operations
1. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.
2. Ensure welcome packs and supplies are current and well-stocked.
3. Participate in business and centre audits as needed.
· Sales & Marketing Support
1. Assist with sales inquiries and conduct client viewings.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless information handover.
3. Contribute to marketing initiatives as needed.
· Team Engagement
1. Participate in monthly team meetings, potentially outside of regular office hours.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
1. Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
2. Foster a safe working environment by complying with safe working practices.
3. Demonstrate a duty of care for all business users, including employees, clients, and visitors.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
