Your mission
Acquire and engage more brokers through increased brand awareness and engagement, which will ultimately generate growth in customer acquisition and origination.
Email & Digital Marketing
* Assist the Broker Marketing Manager in the creation of reactive, and important product/offer change email communications and processes
* Own the distribution lists on HubSpot for email marketing and update GitLab on important, behaviour changing broker communications
* Create new and improved email campaigns to enhance the onboarding process of new brokers
* Create and maintain up-to-date white label marketing materials for brokers to better sell iwoca and our USPs
* Collaborate with PR & Communications to manage the quarterly SME Expert Index and produce marketing assets across our social channels
* Assist in running raffles and incentives to drive engagement in the broker network
* Gather feedback and analyze both event and digital marketing efforts to enhance ROI
Events & Gifts
* Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly broker events and trade shows
* Work with the Broker Marketing Manager and Broker Relationship Team to organize and run quarterly webinars and socials
* Organize seasonal gifts to nurture existing broker relations
* Explore new marketing opportunities within the broker network to enhance brand awareness
Requirements:
We look for people who are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally you'll have:
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with a professional phone manner
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage tasks
* Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems
* Experience in copywriting and email marketing
* Event management experience is desirable but not a prerequisite
* Pride in delivering best-in-class service
* Competent in preparing and delivering meetings and presentations
* Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
* A team player who is genuinely interested in developing relationships
* Demonstrated ability to take on new responsibilities and complete them to a high level
* Experience dealing with third parties is desirable but not a prerequisite
