Facilities Administrator
Location: HMP Channings Wood, Greenhill Ln, Denbury, Newton Abbot TQ12 6DW
Salary: £27,945.35 per annum
Contract: Temporary 12 month contract, 39 hours per week.
To cover an internal promotion, we are delighted to be seeking an Administrator with Facilities experience to join our team at HMP Channings Wood, a category C adult male training prison.

As a Administration Officer you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.
We are looking for a Administration Officer with any combination of:
1. Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM, Planet FM and CEMAR
2. Experience in a busy office environment
3. Experience of working without supervision
4. Confidence using a range of MSOffice programs with a good working knowledge of Excel
5. Up to date First Aid qualification (Desirable)
6. Considerable Administrative experience
