As a Director– Engagement Management at NIIT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships, be a thought partner to learning leaders, & contribute to noise-free operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
1. Be a thought partner with CLOs and Heads of Learning & Development organizations.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Account Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
1. Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
2. Provide governance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
1. Develop leads to expand our presence/share of wallet within existing clients and create pitches for new business opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, including metrics on revenue, margins, competitive analysis, performance, opportunities, risks, and client satisfaction.
1. Conduct periodic reviews with clients to discuss performance and explore areas for improvement.
Education and Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1. 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, within the training industry.
2. Experience in selling Managed Training Services
Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships with senior learning leaders.
1. Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
2. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
3. Strong knowledge of Talent and the Learning & Development world.
