Join the Close Brothers Remediation team where you will lead on the design and maintenance of policies that enable the safe and effective execution of remediation strategies to address customer harms.
Working as part of the Retail team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in involves collaborating with those involved in data and customer treatment design, developing scalable and reusable over-arching principles with a focus on addressing harms identified in Past Business Reviews (PBR) with excellent problem-solving, data analysis, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create and support implementation of scalable, reusable policies and principles that standardise remediation practices and support consistent delivery of good customer outcomes.
2. Support strategic initiatives to enhance remediation governance and policy through assurance activities, evolving risks and lessons learnt.
3. Oversee the delivery and operationalisation of remediation policies across internal teams.
4. Gather and prepare regulatory outputs.
5. Design remediation strategies which address customer harms based on past business reviews and prioritise fair treatment and good customer outcomes.
6. Ensure policies are designed with the customer in mind, balancing regulatory compliance with customer needs.
7. Develop and maintain scalable, reusable policies to support safe and effective remediation strategies.
8. Ensure policies align with regulatory expectations, governance frameworks and internal standards.
9. Support reporting and regulatory engagement.
10. Policy Development and Design.
11. Risk and control framework implementation.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
1. Proven background in remediation governance, policy design and implementation within financial services.
2. Rectification design & delivery experience within financial services.
3. Knowledge of financial services regulatory agenda.
4. Attention to detail ensuring accuracy, clarity and regulatory compliance.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
1. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
2. Knowledge of the Motor Finance industry.
