We're seeking a CRM Campaign Manager who's passionate about driving order frequency & retention. Supporting the CRM Manager, you'll be pivotal in planning, executing and measuring the success of personalised campaigns across Email, Push, IAM & SMS channels. You will also play a key role in omnichannel trading initiatives such as new product launches.
This role will be working on a hybrid basis from either our support centre in Milton Keynes or Manchester circa once a week.
Your skills in time management, quality assurance, and informed decision making will ensure you produce initiatives with maximum sales & engagement opportunities.
* Building upon solid CRM foundations (min 3 years CRM experience).
* Confidence translating business requirements, strategy & insights into feasible & impactful CRM deliverables, with clear correlation to metrics & KPIs.
* Effectively building omnichannel campaigns in-platform (Braze is desirable).
* Writing basic dynamic content logic & HTML.
* Supporting peers on Quality Assurance to a high standard.
* Collaborating with stakeholders from Brand, Creative, Trading, Data Analytics & Franchisee Relations effectively on cross-functional initiatives.
* Confidence using workflow/project management systems (Monday.com is desirable).
