Salary: NJC Pay Scale, Band 3 Scale Points 3 to 5 (£22,737 - £23,500 FTE)
Actual Salary £17,366 to £17,949
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Pattern: Term time only (plus 5 INSET days)
33 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at Dean Trust Rose Bridge. The core purpose of the role will be to undertake support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
We are looking for an individual who:
* Possesses good numeracy and literacy skills
* Has a general understanding of the national/foundation stage curriculum and other basic learning programmes and strategies as well as a basic understanding of child development and learning
* Is able to build good working relationships with both children and adults
* Is innovative and solution-focused in their approach
* Has positive and high expectations of themselves, students and the school
* Will be a strong and visible role model for our students
