Role Overview
As a Telesales Executive at GB NRG Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting our solar PV installation services, identifying customer needs, and arranging appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in telesales who is looking to contribute to the renewable energy sector. You’ll need to be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact company success.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our solar PV products and services.
· Identify and qualify sales opportunities, securing appointments for our sales team.
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Desirable Qualities:
· Previous experience in a telesales role is essential.
· Familiarity with the renewable energy industry or solar PV systems is highly desirable.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A proactive and results-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
