Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the WIP – Trade Assistant is responsible for assisting with fulfilling requests from various departments, such as Large Engines and Final Drives, around the Guildford Branch. This role requires the use of a Forklift, and it is essential for the candidate to also have extensive high reach experience.
Location: South Guildford
To be successful, the following is required:
1. Previous experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Mining and Equipment industries
2. Current Valid Forklift Licence is essential, with solid Forklift operation experience
3. High Reach Forklift Licence is essential within this role
4. Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills
5. Strong organisational skills and reliability
6. Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's
