Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Alliance Manager, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to drive growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. This role plays a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and closing strategic business opportunities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our International market presence and profitability. The Alliance Manager will deliver targeted growth initiatives for assigned partners and collaborate with leadership on completion of assigned projects that supports overall international growth and service excellence objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations in the cybersecurity domain to enhance our product and service offerings.
2. Alliance Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Continuously assess and reassess alliance performance to ensure mutual success.
3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies related to assigned partners and projects. Utilize this knowledge to refine and adapt business development strategies. Identify new business opportunities (a program, a growth vertical, a speaking opportunity, etc.) and partner with Beazley Insurance to explore growth possibilities
4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and oversee contract negotiations, ensuring terms that benefit both parties.
5. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the budget planning process. Continuously monitor progress toward sales targets and KPIs. Maintain sales and utilization quota results as assigned. Provide insights on local market conditions, competitor landscape, changes in broker strategies, and client trends.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including product development, marketing, consulting, and sales, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Create a framework and go-to-market strategy for how to prioritize new business ventures. Partner with subject matter experts like, underwriters to better understand broker relationships, including candid feedback on motivations and expectations to create an ultimate client experience
7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all business development activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Maintain detailed records of activities and contracts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
* 3 years of proven experience in alliances, partner development, or business development management roles, with a focus on cybersecurity..
* Solid understanding of the insurance industry, broker or carrier experience helpful
* Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and developing strategic partnerships.
* A critical thinker possessing strong collaborative skills and business acumen.
* In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize workflow
* Willingness to travel as required.
