Job Title: FTG Supervisor
Department: Retail
Responsible to: Store Manager
Job Purpose: To ensure the running of the FTG Department to maintain hygiene standards at the highest level and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Allocate work duties to other members of the FTG team to ensure all responsibilities are covered and maintain high-quality service.
2. Assist in the induction, training, and supervision of employees within the FTG Department in basic job skills under the direction of Management.
3. Provide a high standard of service to all customers at any given time.
4. Assist the FTG Manager (where applicable) in the preparation of menus and budgets for the department.
5. Exercise and enforce constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline, and Due Diligence.
6. Report and record any hazards, accidents, and incidents in line with the Company Procedure.
7. Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are maintained and documented.
8. Ensure stock is displayed correctly to attract sales, with accurate pricing and adherence to waste recording procedures.
9. Prepare and cook all food in line with company procedures and Health and Safety regulations.

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
