Office Administration Manager £40,000, hybrid working Looking for someone who has proven experience managing an office administration team, with responsibility for meeting required KPIs. This role is to manage a team of around 30 Office Administrators / Schedulers. You are supporting a large team of field-based Engineers scheduling their work, ensuring it is completed within contractually agreed KPI’s and SLA’s and accurately recording outcomes and data required. Can consider someone who has supervisor / team leader experience looking to step up to Management with experience managing and reviewing KPIs. You will be responsible for the service administration and costings team - setting their objectives and managing their performance. You will be held accountable for the quality of work produced by both teams. Candidates for this role must have a strong and persistent personality ensuring that all work is completed to the standards required by the company, able to manage behaviours and instil the importance quality and accuracy. Standard hours are Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.00 with 30 mins for lunch. Hybrid working allows 2 days a week working from home upon completion of training / probation. Must live within a reasonable commute of Harlow.
