About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives and nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for building a robust pipeline, leveraging your network, and identifying new opportunities that align with the agency’s strategic goals. Working closely with the delivery team, you'll help convert leads into long-term partnerships while contributing to account growth.
* Develop and execute a compelling new business strategy informed by market insight and previous success
* Leverage your professional network to generate high-quality leads
* Attend networking and industry events to represent the consultancy and forge new connections
* Work alongside the delivery team to nurture leads and grow strategic accounts
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and news to identify fresh opportunities
* Keep detailed records in the CRM and regularly report on pipeline performance and KPIs
Skills and Experience Required
* 3+ years in a business development or sales role within a digital or tech environment
* Proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
* Strong relationship builder with exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary: £40K DOE + commission
