Role: Marketing Planning Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + up to 30% bonus + health cover + bens
Location: Hybrid role minimum 3 days per week in office based at our office in Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD)

The newly created role of Marketing Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in translating the overarching marketing & communications strategy into actionable plans that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive marketing calendar, aligning cross-functional teams & ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, CRM, web, trading & go-to-market strategies for new products and propositions. The Marketing Planning Manager will also be instrumental in producing product factsheets that effectively communicate the value of Premier Inn’s offering.

2. Market Research & Insights: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs & competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategies.
3. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

2. Collaboration: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse perspectives.

5. Operational Planning: Experience creating detailed project timelines, budgets & resource plans.
6. Creativity: Innovative approach to solving problems and generating impactful marketing ideas.
Experience:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2. Proven experience running cross functional teams and/or go-to-market processes across large brands.
3. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around products & propositions.
4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to present plans and progress to leadership and align teams.
5. Problem Solving: Navigate challenges in strategy execution and find creative solutions.
