Youll be responsible for managing and promoting benefits, handling benefit administration and annual leave queries as well as supporting various projects to enhance the employee experience. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the annual reward cycle.

1. Employee benefits engagement: Promote benefits through various media, update benefit communications, and work on benefit campaigns.
2. Benefits administration: Administer benefits in line with suppliers procedures, maintain benefit records, and ensure timely processing in Workday.
