Job Description:
In this role, you will support the General Manager with office operations and HR tasks, handling administrative duties for a dynamic team.
* Liaise between recruitment agencies and team leaders, coordinating recruitment processes
* Issue offer letters and new hire documentation
* Coordinate onboarding, including equipment provision, information, and training schedules for new employees
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Process HR paperwork, including contracts, promotions, terminations, and benefits enrolment
* Support benefits changes, processing additions, and updates accordingly
* Assist with HR data, reporting, note-taking in meetings, and drafting correspondence
* Provide payroll support by creating monthly payroll files for the HR Business Partner
* Offer general administrative support to the GM, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
* Manage office supplies and equipment orders, and handle supplier invoice payments
Experience Required:
* Extensive experience within office administration
* Logical and practical problem-solver
* Payroll experience ESSENTIAL
* ESSENTIAL experience of HR, Recruitment and Inductions and Health & Safety at work
* Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
* Ability to communicate professionally and build strong relationships with suppliers and teams
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset to assess and interpret data
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
* Proactive and results-driven approach, able to work independently under pressure
