The successful candidate will ideally be from a contemporary Workspace or hospitality management background with exceptional leadership skills and a solid understanding / experience of facilities management. The role: Leadership and operational management of an impressive workplace operation, overseeing the front of house cleaners and facilities team, leading on procurement of suppliers, and liaison with the inhouse chef team to plan and coordinate dining and events Events management leading on the logistics of regular events including team meetings, parties, fine dining experiences., socials and external events. Facilities management Maintaining building operations, managing maintenance plans and works, and ensuring an exceptional and safe working environment. People leadership Mentoring and leading a small team, promoting a high-performance, experience led customer-focused culture. Compliance and safety Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining best practices. Strategic problem-solving Identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices / new processes. Stakeholder collaboration Working with internal teams and external partners to optimize operations. Data-driven decision-making Using insights to drive operational performance and efficiency. Communication Keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring clear, effective communication. Candidate Qualities: You will have Senior leadership experience in an operational management role, this may be from Contemporary workspace, Residential property / lifestyle management or Hospitality / Hotels. You will be a natural leader of people and have an open communication and collaborative approach to your work with an ability to positively motivate your teams Have excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and a high attention to detail.
