**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Retail Professional to lead our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week and weekends on a rota basis. Benefits include use of a company car and an estimated salary of up to £62,600.
The role will involve managing a team of sales staff, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring that all sales processes are followed correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of sales performance, analyze data to identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales strategies. You will also be responsible for implementing new procedures and policies to ensure that the dealership remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
