About The Role As a PMO Analyst, you will assist in managing the Programme Management Office (PMO) function, working closely with the PMO Manager to provide support for business technology, people, and process change initiatives. Additionally, you will support the executive team in delivering the action plan and ensuring smooth project operations. More About The Role You will track project schedules, key milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery and ensure timely completion of objectives. Support the management and tracking of project progress within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on project performance, risk, issues, and financial status to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project governance standards, mythologies, and processes established by the PMO. Work with project managers to maintain a risk log and ensure the effective implementation of mitigation plans. Coordinate regular project review meetings and governance forums, ensuring action items are tracked and completed. Support the PMO Manager in coordinating project approval processes and resource planning Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, business leads, and executive team, to ensure successful collaboration. More About You Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English (Grades A-C) Experience in a PMO or project support role within a business technology, process improvement, or change management environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and present complex information clearly and concisely.
