We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll bureau based in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The Role
1. Process and submit over 180 monthly, four weekly, bi-weekly and weekly payroll.
2. Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating payroll processes.
3. Deal with employers' salary and payroll queries.
4. Maintain and update payroll data as per business requirements.
5. Enter variable overtime, commission and expense payments.
6. Liaise with HMRC where necessary.
7. Liaise with the client where necessary.
8. Update all statutory payments as appropriate: SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP.
9. Submit all RTI Returns to HMRC.
10. Auto Enrolment.
Key Skills and Competency Requirements
1. Experience of using Brain Payroll or Iris Payroll Professional or a computerised payroll system is advantageous; however, not essential.
2. Knowledge of revenue and customs current legislation e.g. NI rates, Statutory payments etc.
3. Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential.

Salary dependent on experience. The working hours are 9.00am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year.
