CARE COORDINATOR
DUDLEY/SANDWELL
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Permanent position
Basic salary up to £25,000 negotiable
Our client an independent well respected domiciliary care agency with a multiple branch network currently looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join their busy Dudley/Sandwell team
Our client provides home care and companionship of the highest quality in order to enable their clients to remain happily and independently at home for as long as possible There is a strong hierarchy in place from Care Assistants to the Directors with the Care Coordinators having a strong team working with them The company structure also provides full support and ensures care practices are of the highest quality
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about health and social care and is looking for a new opportunity with a fantastic domiciliary care agency working within a strong team and coordinating service As Care Coordinator you will also be responsible for attending home visits to assess individual client’s new and existing care requirements
You will need:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health and social care in a care coordinating and administration role
* Experience in conducting service users Care Plans and Reviews
* Demonstrate compassion, reliability and genuinely caring for all service users
* Someone who wants to make a difference to the life of someone senior in their local community
* Well organised, high levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
* Working alongside others to secure deadlines
* Ability to work under pressure and ensure all tasks are completed
* Building strong relationships with care assistants, clients and colleagues
* Willing to provide care cover in the situation of an emergency
* Full driving license and own vehicle
