About the Role
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support our ambitious growth plans and cultural aspirations. You will be instrumental in embedding our values and behaviours, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring that our people are empowered to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is all about creating meaningful change and building a workplace where trust, accountability, and collaboration enable exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Culture and Engagement: Be a champion for our culture, values, and behaviours, driving initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and high performance across the organisation.
* Change Management: Lead people-focused change initiatives to support business transformation, ensuring smooth implementation and sustainable outcomes.
* Strategic Partnering: Work with senior leaders to understand their business goals and provide tailored HR advice and solutions that align with strategic priorities.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
* Employee Experience: Develop and deliver innovative strategies to enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development and beyond.
* Performance and Development: Partner with leaders to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, enabling our people to reach their full potential.
* HR Analytics: Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and measure the impact of people initiatives.
* Policy and Compliance: Ensure alignment with employment law, best practices, and internal policies, with a focus on creating a fair and transparent workplace.
* Talent Development: Support the creation of pathways for growth and succession planning, ensuring we retain and develop the best talent in the industry.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional with a proven track record of driving culture, engagement, and change. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has the skills to inspire and influence at all levels.
You’ll bring:
* Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or a senior HR role, ideally within a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
* A strong focus on culture, employee engagement, and organisational development.
* Expertise in leading complex change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and the latest trends in people and culture.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
