Job Role
* Drive business development and networking to onboard new customers.
* Increase lending and branch growth, especially in Mortgages (BTL & CRE).
* Promote branch services including liability products, Lockers, FX, and Remittance.
* Build new business accounts and contribute to branch sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
* Boost asset sales (BTL & CRE) through targeted new business and cross-selling.
* Build and maintain banking relationships via referrals, networking, and corporate links.
* Deliver exceptional service to brokers/customers, encouraging business placements.
* Participate in branch business events.
* Retain existing clients and maintain effective communication with management.
Competencies
* Experience in promoting lending products, particularly BTL & CRE.
* Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market, especially BTL/CRE.
* Proven networking, influencing, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel; CeMAP or similar qualification is advantageous.
