As an Organisational Development and Projects Partner, you’ll be at the heart of exciting initiatives, using data-driven insights and innovative Learning & Development (L&D) programmes to empower our people and propel the College forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyse, and interpret HR and organisational data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
* Develop reports and dashboards that bring key performance indicators to life, helping us shape the future of staff development
* Design and deliver forward-thinking L&D initiatives that align with the College’s strategic goals
* Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to boost employee skills and performance
* Lead and manage organisational development projects that make a tangible impact
* Work across teams to implement change management initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Provide expert guidance to leadership on staff development, organisational culture, and transformational change
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A passion for making a difference in staff development and organisational growth
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the education sector
* CIPD qualified (working towards or qualified by experience)
* Degree qualified in a relevant subject specialism
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
* Project management expertise, with a track record of leading successful organisational development projects
* A solid understanding of Learning & Development principles and best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and analytical mindset, ready to tackle new challenges head-on
