About The Role
As the Wellness Clinic Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results through outstanding service and customer experience. Your role will encompass both customer-facing reception duties and call centre administration, including managing bookings and inquiries via telephone and email.
You will also:
* Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at the front desk.
* Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
* Learn, understand, and effectively communicate our extensive treatment and product offerings, which blend technology with ancient healing techniques.
* Issue and manage medical forms, ensuring they are completed and returned in advance of appointments.
About You
You are proficient in appointment management and can multitask IT systems with complete accuracy. With experience in the luxury market and exposure to high-end clientele, you understand the importance of discretion. Additionally, you possess:
* Knowledge of the medical, health, and aesthetic fields and standard treatments offered.
* The ability to be discreet, empathetic, and provide impeccable customer service.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Understanding of medical terminology (beneficial).
* Ability to multitask and switch seamlessly between reception, administration, and phone/email inquiries.
* Capacity to develop strong professional relationships with practitioners and doctors.
