Job Description
1. Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
2. Salary £30,000 per annum
3. An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about annually)
4. You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues
5. Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
6. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
7. Assisting with the development of menus
8. Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
9. Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
10. A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
11. Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years’ experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
12. A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
13. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
