Other Key responsibilities will include: * Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Finance teams to ensure all company charges are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner. * Maintain confidential records for the Plant & Equipment department. * Ensure proper order documentation is in place before assets leave the depot. * Promote and uphold health, safety, and well-being standards for operatives and suppliers within the depot. * Ensure that Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are up to date and accurately reflect ongoing work. * Work independently, managing and prioritising workload effectively. * Manage equipment hire and delivery logistics for projects and suppliers. * Provide regular updates on asset availability, condition, and hire rates. * Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about the status of plant and equipment. What do I need to be successful in this role? * Experience of working within a busy plant hire environment. * Proven Administration experience, preferably gained in the construction plant hire industry * Experience with working with tower cranes and hoists, and other small plant items * Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Power point * Experience with Aconex and Assettagz is desirable but not essential A note on diversity:Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings.
