Assistant General Manager Ideal Profile:
Senior Management Experience in a senior management position, ideally within a venue/assistant manager role Exceptional understanding of high-end customer service and hospitality Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Strong background in planning and executing luxury functions and events Excellent communication skills with experience leading various departments in the hospitality sector A genuine passion for food and beverage Proven track record of working within budgets
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of all departments, leading by example and managing the customer experience from initial inquiry to event delivery Maintain brand standards through venue presentation and consistent communication with customers Evaluate strategic opportunities to enhance and expand the site, working closely with the Group Operations Manager and senior management to create new client offerings Proactively drive sales efforts, including hosting client viewings, supporting the sales team, and providing weekly sales reports Implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability, particularly related to beverage services Engage in new business development and networking activities to expand the client base Oversee relationships with preferred catering partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience
