MEP Logistics Manager – Central London – Up to £90k Package We are currently recruiting for an MEP Logistics Manager on behalf of our client (leading MEP contractor), on a major £200m new build & refurbishment project in Central London. This is a complex, high-profile scheme requiring an experienced professional to oversee all logistics, materials handling, and site coordination for the MEP works. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy to ensure the smooth flow of materials and equipment. Oversee site deliveries, traffic management, and storage solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule. Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to streamline operations. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage logistics personnel and resources, optimising efficiency across the site. Proactively identify and resolve any logistical challenges, mitigating risks to project timelines. Candidate Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager, specifically within MEP-heavy projects. Proven ability to manage logistics on large-scale, complex construction projects. Strong understanding of MEP processes, material handling, and sequencing. Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with site teams, suppliers, and contractors.
